怡景五金製品廠有限公司創立於一九八二年，總部設於香港，負責市場拓展及銷售。廠房位於深圳寶安區福永鎮及上海浦東外高橋保稅區，佔地面積分別為一萬三千五佰平方米及二千四佰多平方米，員工一千多名。過去三年營業額每年遞升百份之五十以上，1999年度營業額超過一千九百萬美元，估計未來三年亦保持穩定的增長。1997年初，獲得了 ISO9002証書，標示著公司的營運方式達到了國際水平，但怡景公司並不以此為終點，而是以 QS9000、 ISO14000、SAS18000及SA8000 為目標，爭取在新的世紀取得更大的進步。

本公司的目標是使公司客戶遍佈全世界，並且令公司產品在國際市場擁有領導地位，從而成為同行之先進企業，為股東及全體員工帶來合理之回報，共同邁向新紀元！

Yu King Industrial Ltd. was established in 1982, with headquarters in Hong Kong in charge of sales and market development. Today, Yu King owns a factory area covering 13,500m2 and 2,400m2 respectively in Shenzhen and Shanghai Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone with over 1,000 employees. During the past three years, yuking’s sales turnover increased more than 50% annually and exceeded US$19,000,000 in 1999. What's more, stable growth is expected for the coming three years. In early 1997, Yu King obtained ISO 9002:1994 certification, which signified the operational mode of the company has met the international standard. This is certainly not our final destination,on the contrary,QS9000,ISO14000, OHSAS18000 and SA8000 are also the goals that YuKing pursue.
