ShenZhen Allcomm Electronics Company Limited [Allcomm] being the production plant of Alltronics, is conveniently located in the ShenZhen County of the Peoples Republic of China [PRC]. Allcomm was established in 1995 when Alltronics began to expand its production facility formerly situated in Hong Kong. A self-contained 3-storey factory building, which provides 150,000 square feet of production facilities with capacity of up to 1,000 staff and 24 production lines, is well equipped for high volume products manufacturing.

Allcomm has received the British Approvals Board for Telecommunications [BABT] certification to manufacture telephony products. The factory has also obtained the ISO 9001 certification issued by TuV Anlagentechnik GmbH, and has recently upgraded to the ISO 9001 2000 version. In addition, Allcomm was awarded the best telephone promotion product of 1998 and 1999 by the GuangDong Provincial Government of PRC.
